You will continue establishing TuVida's strong reputation by ensuring we exceed care quality standards and provide personalised support that enables our clients to live their life to the fullest. Key Responsibilities: Oversee delivery of our contracts including Hospital Discharge, care at home, respite, live-in care, and private care Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team focused on service users and our values Improve quality assurance and drive continuous improvement and legislative compliance Act as CQC Registered Manager for the Nottingham region Contribute to business development and income generation We are looking for candidates who have: Proven, award-winning senior care leadership experience CQC Registered Manager status with "Good” or “Outstanding" ratings Ability to coach, inspire and motivate teams to peak performance Sharp business acumen and budget management skills Relentless drive to achieve goals on schedule Comprehensive experience in regulated care services Please take a look at the attached job description and additional information below.
